Building Maintenance-Western Distributing Co.

Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding and general mechanic skills a plus, would be willing to train the right individual. Must have valid driver license. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

 

Yard Hostler - Western Distributing Transportation Corp.

All yard responsibilities including driving yard truck, washing trailers, performing yard check, trailer inspections, fueling reefer units, yard cleanup and sanitation. Must be able to pass pre-employment physical. Class A CDL helpful but not required. This is a full-time position, work schedule to be determined.

 

Automotive Technician – Western Truck & Auto

Automotive technician needed for high volume repair shop. Applicants should be familiar with all aspects of automotive repair, some medium duty experience helpful. Candidates must have strong communication skills. Individuals must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and supply their own tools. Class A license helpful but not required. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 6 am -2:30 pm with some Saturdays.

 

Heavy Haul Driver - Western Distributing Transportation Corp.

Looking for a self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently. Must be at least 25 years old with valid Class A CDL and clean MVR (no DUI, DWI, etc). 2 years Heavy Haul experience required. Individual must have geographic knowledge of Colorado and be able to work in all weather conditions. Driver must be knowledgeable of vehicle loading and cargo securement. Candidates must successfully pass physical abilities evaluation. Candidate must be capable of reading, writing and speaking the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand directions and traffic signals, to respond to official inquires and to make entries on reports and records. Sales Consultant – Western Distributing Co. – Beverage- N Highlands Ranch, DTC, Englewood

Western Distributing is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Wine Division. Individual will service and sell Off and On Premise customers in an assigned territory. Will be responsible for brand building by driving distribution, selling in and building displays, cold box placements, pricing management, point of sale merchandising, promotions and shelf management. Candidate must have the ability to create a compelling business proposition focusing on various customer needs. Must be service oriented and respond quickly to customer requests. Individual must stay aware and inform the company of any competitive activity in addition to managing and tracking required data. Candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt and build strong business relationships with diverse customers. Bachelor’s Degree, minimum two years’ experience selling wine or buying wine as an employee of a retail outlet, valid driver license and clean MVR required.

 

General Sales Representative - Western Distributing Co. - Beverage

Western Distributing is seeking General Sales Representatives for the Wine Division. Individual will service and sell Off and On Premise customers on a temporary basis in open territories. Individual will also be responsible for merchandising and filling store shelves based on need, and hand sell assigned accounts. Must be service oriented and respond quickly to customer requests. Candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt and build strong business relationships with diverse customers. Must have the ability to adapt to new environments often and be accepting of numerous schedule changes. Applicants must have Bachelor’s Degree and previous customer service experience. Valid driver license and clean MVR required. Work schedule is Tuesday – Saturday unless otherwise scheduled.

 

Weekend Dispatcher -Western Distributing Transportation Corp.

Duties include but are not limited to: checking emails for night dispatch notes, carry over issues, customer service notes, requests or issues. Accepting EDI loads/updates and updating customer load boards. Tracking loads twice daily for OTD statuses and updating customers on any late deliveries or pick-ups. Updating Coors loads in TMW and spreadsheet. Dispatching any additional drivers through the weekend on uncovered outbound loads. Tracking and monitoring locals during the weekends. Reporting any major issues to the Load Planner and Driver Manager. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to multi task, be detail oriented and have a high rate of accuracy. Customer service, computer, Excel and 10 key by touch experience required. Individual must be able to work well in a fast paced and high energy environment. Work schedule is Thursday - Monday 7 am to 4 pm.

 

Shop Mechanic- Medium Duty – Western Truck & Auto

Medium Duty Technician for high volume repair shop. Minimum of 5 years’ experience required. Must be familiar with aspects of medium duty repair. Some automotive experience is helpful. Good communication skills is a plus. Able to lift 60+ lbs on a frequent basis is required. Must have your own tools. CDL license helpful but not required. Duties to include: perform complete and accurate diagnosis of vehicle mechanical breakdowns, manually or by means of computerized diagnostic tools. Communicate with Front Office to ensure complete and accurate estimates are in place prior to customer notification. Discuss repairs with customer upon request. Perform DOT inspections as required. Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely fashion. Individuals will be responsible for shop clean up, disposal of parts and materials along with other duties assigned by management. Must have valid driver license (CDL helpful) with clean MVR. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 2 pm to 10:30 pm with some Saturday work.

 

Roll Back Tow Truck Driver (2 openings) Denver - Western Distributing Transportation Corp.

Looking for self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently. Must be at least 25 years old and be able to pass pre-employment screen. Must have valid Class B CDL with clean MVR (no DUI, DWI, etc.). Individual must have geographic knowledge of Colorado and the surrounding states. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Candidates must successfully pass physical abilities evaluation. Candidates must be capable of reading, writing and speaking the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand directions and traffic signals, to respond to official inquires and to make entries on reports and records. Chassis Builder – Lazarus Race Cars

Seeking individual with a minimum of 3 verifiable years of TIG welding, and chassis building experience. Person must be a proficient TIG welder, of thin steel, .032” and above, Aluminum of same thicknesses. Tube fitter, and fabricator. Candidate must be personable, able to take direction, be self-motivated, able to take on challenges, and work as a team. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm. Additional hours may be required due to race schedules or client needs.

 

Truck Mechanic (Nights) – Western Truck & Auto

Seeking a Diesel Truck Mechanic for fleet repair shop. Preventive and general truck repair. Cummins diagnostic experience and CDL helpful but not required. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 2pm – 10:30pm.

 

Lube Tech – Western Truck & Auto

Seeking reliable Lube Techs to perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on class 8 trucks, trailers, medium and light duty trucks, forklifts and some automotive. Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Class A license preferred but not required. Two shifts available Monday – Friday 6 am – 2:30 pm and 2 pm -10:30 pm.

 

Parts Counter – Western Truck & Auto

Individual will be working in fleet maintenance repair shop dealing directly with shop mechanics and outside customers. Must have at least 3 years’ of automotive and heavy duty truck parts experience. Must work well in a team environment with strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience with TMT Fleet Maintenance software for inventory, invoicing and purchase orders is a plus, however we are willing to train the right individual. Duties to include picking up parts from various vendors, parts warehouses and performing shop clean up duties when not driving. Must be familiar with Denver and surrounding areas. Will pick up and drop off trucks for service repairs when needed. Will be required to lift up to 80lbs and must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles. Must work well in a team environment and have strong communication skills. Must have valid driver license (Class A CDL a plus) with clean MVR. Monday – Friday 2 pm to 10:30 pm with Saturday rotation 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely fashion. Individuals will be responsible for shop clean up, disposal of parts and materials along with other duties assigned by management. Must have valid driver license (CDL helpful) with clean MVR. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 2 pm to 10:30 pm with some weekends.

Communicate with Front Office to ensure complete and accurate estimates are in place prior to customer notification. Discuss repairs with customer upon request. Perform DOT inspections as required. Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely fashion. Individuals will be responsible for shop clean up, disposal of parts and materials along with other duties assigned by management. Must have strong working knowledge of medium duty and heavy duty trucks. Must have good communication skills. Must have valid driver license (CDL helpful) with clean MVR. Vocational school a plus. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and some Saturdays.

 

High Performance Automotive Mechanic - Carz Performance

Carz Performance is growing and we have an opening for a well experienced aftermarket Mechanic. Must understand how late model OBD2 high performance vehicles operate and how changes affect them. Must have common sense, can multi task without forgetting things and someone who is organized and can complete tasks in a timely fashion. ASE certification required. Must have basic set of hand tools & proper storage for them, specialty tools are provided by the shop. Daily duties will include mechanic work on high performance cars such as engine installs, supercharger & turbo installs, other engine performance part installs, brake jobs, suspension work, keeping the shop clean, strapping cars on the dyno, help answer phones when busy, retail sales, and providing customers with accurate information regarding their questions & inquiries. Attention to detail and following instructions is very important as well. Most of all, this person must have a good attitude, good communication skills & willing to work with others. Main job duties will include assisting Production Manager with quoting projects, coordinating jobs and purchasing of specialty materials not including standard inventory items.
